Position Requirements

  • Expressed verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of a foreign language
  • Computer skills
  • Knowledge of social networks will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of CRM systems will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to perform several tasks at once (multitasking), setting priorities and effective time management
  • Communicativeness, team spirit and responsibility
  • Experience working in a call center is desirable, but not necessary
